My name is Amy Bream
and I’m a Nike adaptive athlete with a passion for challenging myself with new boundaries and physical limits. I was born with PFFD, meaning I’m missing the majority of my right leg. I’ve never had an amputation and have used a prosthesis since I was one year old. I never pursued any type of athletics until after I moved to Nashville and started working out at a boxing gym in 2015. Since then, my skill and confidence as an athlete has grown exponentially. I started training and competing in CrossFit in 2021 in the adaptive lower extremity division, and competed in both 2021 Crossfit Games and Wodapalooza in 2022.
